Mission Moment

Hope Lodge communities provide free overnight lodging to cancer patients and their caregivers who have to travel away from home for treatment. Not having to worry about where to stay allows patients to focus on the most important thing: getting well.

Since opening in August of 2023, the American Cancer Society Chad Richison Hope Lodge has served 2,529 for 32,019 with the average stay of 13 nights.

At the 2026 OKC Cattle Baron’s Ball, supporters will have an opportunity to donate funds that will be restricted to the future Chad Richison Hope Lodge community in Oklahoma City.

Your support will provide much needed resources in the fight against cancer to neighbors in our own community, and will help reduce the disparities and increase equity in the cancer space across the continuum.
